Hoffmann Foundation for Autism merges with Walsingham Support
We are pleased to announce that on Monday 16th of December we merged with Hoffmann Foundation for Autism. We have welcomed and are providing services to 12 individuals with autism and 47 members of staff across 2 services in North London.
Hoffmann Foundation for Autism made the decision to merge with Walsingham Support in support of their values to be responsive to the needs of the individual and to have autism at the heart of all they do. Their values align with our own values including putting people at the heart of everything we do while delivering similar services. Both organisations agree that merging together with be beneficial to both parties, we are keen to continue the good work that Hoffmann Foundation for Autism has been doing since 1953 and build on and develop their expertise and knowledge around autism.
This new addition of services to our organisation will increase our collective knowledge and experience from all of the staff, particularly around autism, that are joining our team.
Our priority is to minimise any disruption and anxiety during the transition while further enhancing the lives of the people we support. We are conscious of the sense of loss from their previous organisation and the need to support individuals through this process. We want to ensure it is a positive transition for people we support, their circle of support and staff.
We provide support around…
