Brian joined Walsingham Support on 3rd October 2022 as Director of People & Engagement. Brian has had a career in Human Resources spanning over 30 years with a number of Director roles across multiple sectors. Brian brings a wealth of experience in volunteering, talent and development, communications and engagement, policy reward as well as diversity, inclusion and wellbeing.

Brian was attracted to Walsingham Support’s values and person-centred approach to the support that the organisation provides. Having led a UK charity through change and transformation Brian brings huge insight into what is required for success in light of the challenges the sector faces.

In his role Brian wants to strengthen and build on Walsingham Support’s vision to be a great place to work.

In his free time Brian enjoys travel to explore different cultures and cuisines. As a self-confessed foodie, Brian is also an avid baker, managing to balance the calories with his keen love of cycling.
