Holly Spiers
Holly joined Walsingham Support as Chief Executive in September 2022, bringing wide-ranging expertise in Health & Social Care leadership from over 20 years’ experience in leadership roles across the not-for-profit sector.
With lived experience of complex needs, Holly is passionate about working closely with the people we support and their families to co-create care and support that enables people to lead their fullest, happiest lives. Holly is committed to ensuring that people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex needs are at the heart of decision making and to establishing Walsingham Supports credentials as a powerful advocate that champions an equal and diverse society.
Holly joined the Board of Leonard Cheshire Disability in June 2024.
Holly enjoys travel, is an avid reader and theatre goer and lives in Kent with her two children.
In her free time, Holly enjoys literature, theatre, travel, and spending time with family and friends.
