Lal joined the Walsingham Support board in December 2017.

Lal originally trained as a Speech and Language Therapist, and holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Organisation of the Public Sector.

She has over 20 years’ experience in the public sector, including as a Strategic Joint Commissioning Manager for learning disability services in Bristol. As Trustee for Walsingham Support, she wants to ensure that we deliver support in partnership with the individuals themselves and their families, and enable people to live the lives they want and to be valued members of their community.
